Refund and Returns Policy

At Mitigifts, we care about your satisfaction — and that of your pets. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility for Returns

Items must meet the following conditions to be eligible for return:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in their original condition

  • All original tags and labels attached

  • Returned with the original packaging

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you discover any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will promptly arrange for a return, replacement, or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on:

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered

  • Sale items and gift cards

Please contact us if you have any questions about a specific product’s return eligibility.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or variation, we recommend initiating a return for the original item and placing a new order after the return is processed.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Please note that additional processing time by your bank or payment provider may apply.
